Duality provides a suite of e-learning courses designed to meet the operational training needs of the Employment Services sector.  This form of learning provides high quality content direct to the desk of the consultant, reducing the time away from the job and enabling easy 24/7 access to high quality resources.

The Employment Services industry is competitive and fast paced.  Online learning allows our clients to have skilled consultants learning in a faster, more flexible way.  The Duality Online Learning Centre uses high quality Duality content and training resources.  This means that performance results can still be obtained without the downtime of traditional training.

Courses usually have four modules and are supplemented by a rich array of relevant resources, including offline practice activities.  Most e-learning courses take 3-4 hours to complete in total and cost $120.00 + GST per learner for a three weeks access period.  The courses in the 'Essential Series' are shorter learning bites and cost between $45-$75+GST per person.
