As Duality specialises in skilling people within the Employment Services sector, the learning and assessment materials have been tailored to reflect ES job roles and environment.  This helps participants apply their new skills and knowledge more readily in the workplace.

Duality resources are relevant, practical and contain real-life examples and case studies.  Our Trainer/ Assessors have sound Employment Services experience to ensure that topical, realistic scenarios are the basis of all training and assessment activities.

Enrolments can be made for the full qualification or students can elect to enrol in individual units of competencies or clusters of related competencies that would be beneficial to their job role.

Duality has an Online RPL process for the Certificate IV in Employment Services and Certificate IV in Career Development for those with sound industry and other relevant experience!  It will guide you in the collection of evidence you need - how easy is that!
